Multi-Engine Rating

Professional Pilots seeking to advance in their career will do a Multi-Engine Rating which will allow you to operate aircrafts with more than one engine. This rating will give you a competitive advantage when applying for a job at Airline and Charter companies.

Requirements for Multi-Engine Rating

  1. Complete a minimum of 6 hours flying with a multi-engine aircraft.
  2. Complete a minimum of 7 hours briefings.
  3. Pass a practical flight test with CAA approved Designated Flight Examiner
  4. Once you have achieved competency and passed the practical requirements, your training documentation will be checked and sent to the CAA.
    A fee must be paid to include the ME rating on your PPL/CPL License
